Work With Appeli!
You know your business. But you don’t experience it like your customers do.
When you work inside a business every day, confusing navigation, awkward processes, missing information, and small points of friction can become nearly invisible. To someone encountering your business for the first time, they can be the difference between continuing forward and giving up.
Appeli offers an outside perspective focused on one simple question: what is this experience actually like for the person using it?
I’ll explore your business from a customer perspective, identify areas of confusion or unnecessary friction, and give you clear, practical feedback on what could work better. No enormous consulting engagement required.

Beyond the Practical
Not every idea needs an immediate application.
Appeli’s Concepts & Experiments archive explores systems, speculative design, creative ideas, and questions about how everyday life could function differently.
Some are practical. Some are strange. Some are simply worth exploring.
